Where may I file a crime report?: If you have an emergency, please call 9-1-1. To report a crime that has already occurred that is a non-emergency, please call (530) 458-0200. A deputy will be dispatched to your location.

1. Where may I file a crime report?: If you have an emergency, please call 9-1-1. To report a crime that has already occurred that is a non-emergency, please call (530) 458-0200. A deputy will be dispatched to your location.

2. How can I obtain a copy of a report I filed with the sheriff's office?: Reports may be obtained Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, at the sheriff's office. Incident / offense reports are free to crime victims. Please call the office at (530) 458-0200 for more information.

3. Who can visit the jail?: Inmates are allowed two 30-minute visits per week. You must have photo identification in order to visit. Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Children may not be left unattended in the lobby or visiting room under any circumstance.
